TROPETOPIA

In Tropetopia, Stan D. Garde, after being asked by a DemRep Party “Arranger” to run for the office of President of the United States, is instead tapped to be the Official Terminate DemRep Sloganeer. Tropetopia — a pop literary partisan satire. Tropetopia — the world in which we live.

Top 10 Reasons Chaos Would Escalate in Iraq if the US Pulls Out

The Shape of Tomorrow – Deadline Iraq

This partisan fiction is set on a fictive US military base just outside Baghdad, Iraq where 2 US soldiers - in the midst of both a Presidential visit and an al-Qaeda attack and kidnap attempt gone awry - impulsively kidnap the US President themselves, having the chance literally exploded upon them. Hidden in the midst of chaos, they rush the President into a forgotten secret interrogation room that the diehard soldier couple, both missing limbs from earlier attacks, had accidentally discovered at the back of a massive supply room while seeking privacy, intimacy. Private Jones disappears himself by remaining with the President in the secret room, while Private Jackson remains on duty, their covert link to the world. At first, both war and antiwar forces use the President’s disappearance to gain in strength. Then Jones and Jackson begin to release videos of the President in a chancy two person effort to not only end the occupation of Iraq but also curb US militarism around the globe.
